My pharmacy career began in 1978 when I graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Pharmacy. I have spent most of my career as the Pharmacist in Charge at a retail pharmacy.

I believe my calling to help others was first truly fulfilled when I became a member of the St. Hope Healthcare team in 2014. Pharmacy is much more than just filling scripts. Pharmacists must help patients with a variety of different health problems overcome unique challenges. I find great satisfaction in counseling patients and allaying any of their concerns. Dispelling patient’s fears through compassionate assistance and education is a part of this job I find greatly fulfilling.

Patients often come to us during particularly difficult times in their lives. I strive to help them understand that most health challenges are not the end of the world. Every obstacle is surmountable, especially with compassionate assistance from a healthcare team who has authentic concern for your wellbeing.
