St. Hope Healthcare and our pharmacies are eligible covered entities, meaning we participate in the 340B program to provide greatly discounted drugs to eligible low-income and uninsured patients in the greater Houston metro area.
Why Is the 340B Program Important?

While many medical groups and hospitals are in the business of making money, we’re far more concerned with maximizing the effectiveness of our limited resources by providing high-quality care to the greatest number of patients possible.
The 340B program is designed to help us accomplish that goal. The program specifically helps medical groups like ours stretch pharmaceutical resources to as many vulnerable communities in the Houston area as possible via discounted prescription drugs.
Who Is Eligible to Receive 340B Pricing?
People who are not St. Hope patients and are only using our pharmacy services may not qualify unless their prescribing doctor is a program participant. Please speak with our pharmacists to learn more about financial eligibility requirements. You may need to provide a photo ID, proof of income for the last 30 days, a letter of support and a bank statement.
