Dr. Lucy Mougwa Dimon

PharmD, M.S, cMTM, CDE, Certified Sterile Compounding

I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees with honors from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, followed by my Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 2016 in Boston, Massachusetts. 

I began my pharmacy career in retail pharmacy in 2016, then moved to health system pharmacy, followed by inpatient pharmacy in most recent years. Throughout the past 10 years I have had several clinical and leadership positions from management to academia. 



I’m passionate about pharmacy because it allows me to combine science, technology, and compassionate care to improve health outcomes, particularly for underserved populations. I joined the St Hope family in November 2025 as I’m deeply committed to advancing health equity and increasing health care access, a passion shaped by my public health training and community-based experiences.
